2011 Performing Arts Series Sponsorship Opportunity

Dear Friends of the Sunshine Cathedral Performing Arts Series:

At this time, we are pleased to present to you the 2011 Series! With your continued financial support, the 2011 Performing Arts Series will be as equally successful as the 2009 and 2010 series have been.

First, it is my honor and privilege to share with you that the 2011 Sunshine Cathedral Performing Arts Series is dedicated to Karen Dougherty and Cathy Tullo.

Karen and Cathy are very supportive of the arts at Sunshine Cathedral and have been members for more than 15 years. You know that Karen is one of our sign language interpreters for the 9 am worship service and in the past has taught tap dance classes for Light University. Cathy is a former member of the Sunshine Cathedral Board of Directors, served on the Strategic Planning Team, former Chair of our Clergy Intern Program and is on the production team running lights for Sunday morning worship services. Both have been members of our former Women's Guild and when our Center for Worship & the Arts needed new carpeting after chancel renovations, they contributed to the project. Their support of worship and the arts at the Cathedral is a great gift to our community and we are very excited that they have agreed to let us dedicate the 2011 series to them.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you in advance for your consideration to become a sponsor of the Sunshine Cathedral Performing Arts Series.  I hope that you will find the 2011 series, dedicated to Karen Dougherty and Kathy Tullo, a worthy investment in the arts at the Sunshine Cathedral. For your sponsorship you will get tickets, recognition at all concerts as sponsors, preferred seating and you will be welcome to attend a pre-show reception at each performance.

2011 Sponsorship Opportunities:
Bronze: $500.00 donation receives two ticket for each performance
Silver: $1,000.00 donation receives four tickets for each performance.
Gold: $2,000.00 donation receives six tickets for each performance.
Platinum: $12,500.00 - Special Arrangements
Titanium: $25,000.00 - Very Special Arrangements

Based on the two previous seasons and the actual costs for the 2011 season, our projected budget is counting on $25,000 in sponsorships and $15,000 in ticket sales, minus $25,000 of total expenses for an income opportunity of $15,000 for the season. Your support will not only make this revenue possible for Sunshine Cathedral but will also bring many new people to our campus where they can learn about our other ministries, and, of course, your support allows us to offer quality entertainment to inspire and enrich our community.

All performances will be in the beautiful Walt Lawrence & Stephen Lewis Center for Worship and the Arts and all pre-receptions will be held in the Dr. Robert Graham/Paul Fasana Chapel & Little Theatre on the campus of the Sunshine Cathedral.

As always, your support of the ministries and outreach of Sunshine Cathedral is greatly appreciated.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me by calling 954.462.2004 ext. 206. Looking forward to a wonderful 2011 Series!
