Dear Friends of the Sunshine Cathedral Performing Arts Series: At this time, we are pleased to present to you the 2011 Series! With your continued financial support, the 2011 Performing Arts Series will be as equally successful as the 2009 and 2010 series have been. First, it is my honor and privilege to share with you that the 2011 Sunshine Cathedral Performing Arts Series is dedicated to Karen Dougherty and Cathy Tullo. Karen and Cathy are very supportive of the arts at Sunshine Cathedral and have been members for more than 15 years. You know that Karen is one of our sign language interpreters for the 9 am worship service and in the past has taught tap dance classes for Light University. Cathy is a former member of the Sunshine Cathedral Board of Directors, served on the Strategic Planning Team, former Chair of our Clergy Intern Program and is on the production team running lights for Sunday morning worship services. Both have been members of our former Women's Guild and when our Center for Worship & the Arts needed new carpeting after chancel renovations, they contributed to the project. Their support of worship and the arts at the Cathedral is a great gift to our community and we are very excited that they have agreed to let us dedicate the 2011 series to them.
